The Holykell HR80G is a high-frequency 80GHz FMCW radar level transmitter specifically engineered for dusty solids and bulk powders.

Unlike ultrasonic sensors that fail in heavy dust, the HR80G's 3° narrow beam penetrates through flour dust, steam, and uneven grain surfaces to deliver stable measurements up to 120m.

Perfect for grain silos (corn, wheat), flour bins, cement hoppers, and plastic granules.

Q1: We have heavy dust in the silo (flour/cement). Can HR80G measure through it?

A: Yes, absolutely. HR80G uses 80GHz high-frequency FMCW radar with a super narrow 3° beam angle. It penetrates thick dust and steam easily, unlike ultrasonic sensors that fail. 

Q2: The material surface is uneven (cone shape) during filling. Will it affect accuracy? 

A: No. HR80G features advanced smart echo processing algorithms. It filters out false echoes from tank walls, agitators, and uneven repose angles, locking onto the true material level. 

Q3: Can I use it for high temperature grain dryers or clinker silos? 

A: Yes. The standard version withstands -40°C to +85°C. For extreme heat, we offer a high-temp version with a cooling fin design that works up to +200°C or even higher.
